Where do you ship to?

 Throughout Australia and some other countries.

What is the cost of shipping?

 Post costs are calculated at the time of checkout using an online AusPost app.

How long will my items take to ship?

 This depends on the location and method of postage selected.  Please refer to AusPost terms for further details.

What is the process with refunds and exchanges?

At makeUwell our items description is as accurate as possible, however if you have purchased the wrong size, colour, we will happily exchange, refund or issue a credit note for the amount of your unopen item/s, postage costs not included.

 

When will my order be processed?

All makeuwell orders are sent by 5pm on the follwing business day the order is received, orders received unless items are not in stock at the time of order placement.

 

Can I change my order or delivery details?

Please email info@makeuwell.com.au with any changes to your order or delivery details. However, if your order has been dispatched unfortunately we cannot change the delivery details for that order.
